I was going to call it our new heart attack breakfast … but it actually is pretty clean and except for the Panko mushrooms - non-fried.
Oven baked rosti. Panko crumbed mushrooms. Bacon. Sausage. Avo. Caramelised onion. Feta. Poached egg. Kewpi Mayo and Sriracha .
