Crafting life has been slow. Some things come into your life, and other things go on and go slow for you to adapt.

This little boy has had my full attention for the last 3 years, and I wouldn't have it any other way.

We are still here, still trying to craft. It just may not be sewing on a machine like I did.

We have had some other fun projects, from aprons to Christmas things, to a chair/teddy storage bag and even starting baking and crafting cookies!

We hope 2025 is a year for calm, joy, and self care and discovery!

With school holidays only 2 weeks away, it is time to start planning some activities to keep the kiddos busy for those 3 weeks! We will be making and selling some lovely tubs of Playdough for R45 each. Playdough is a great medium to keep your children busy! It allows for independent play so mums can enjoy their coffee warm and catch up on some work. It helps develop those fine motor skills needed later in life for a basic task like holding the pencil correctly for handwriting. It also aids in scissor control. Playdough is fantastic for building imagination! The list can go on about how wonderful Playdough is for all ages! So, come on mums, take out those cookie cutters and plastic knives and get the little ones busy! Our Playdough is very much loved in our home, and the best part is we pop it into a ziplock bag, ready for the next time we need some time to whip up a meal or sit and play with our son!
