Ever wonder why?
Why? If you really do the research you will find that you can pin the problem to one of these two fundamental components at core. They are missing one or two of this fundamental components of success.
Self- mastery - They don’t master them themselves. Knowing thyself is the foundation of your success. This is where leadership starts, your ability to master and lead yourself is the beginning of success in everything that your do. We call this the inner game of life, your mind-set. It serves as a set point in everything that you do. Your Identity, your character, your beliefs and how you see your-self and how you see the world around you serve as a governor of your performance at everything that you do. The results in your business, in your job, and the amount of money you make is the manifestation of the person who reside inside. This happens regardless of whether you are aware of this or not, it doesn’t favor any one, it has to happen. It is that part of the formula that carries 80% of your total results in your relationships, business, Job etc. It is the part that people buy into first when meet you, and that make them to want to do business with you. It is a part of you that you have total control over, a part of you that you can fine tune, adjust, change and recreate if you are aware of it and know what to do. Most importantly it is the part of you that determined how much power you can access from the higher power, your potential power and all these depends entirely on you and how much you master thyself. This power is always there and always available to you. This power is given according to the capacity, the need/demand on your side, and the need and the need and the capacity depend on what you know you can be, do and have. You ae the key to this power, but you may not know code, you may not know how to access this power. We have the code. We are an on the subject.
In life you don’t always get what need or what, but you always get what you deserve, and to get what you deserve, preparation is necessary.

2. Communication- mastery – I am talking about communicating and connecting with other on the highest level of influence. Communicating with freedom and power.
Your ability to be able to communicate your powerful message, your talent, your value, your service and product in a way that transform and facilitate change in your targeted audience/market. The kind of communication that make you the number one positions (authority) your field. This has more to do with communication than talent.
Often there is a lot of people with talent and potential, but fail in life, simply because they lack this skill, they cannot sell and influence in a powerful way. They rely effort, control and convincing people. They do realize that this approach never really works, instead it creates frustration, neediness and suffering. If you are in a business of convincing people, you will not succeed in that business, you will fail in life.
Here is what I have learned about people “People don’t what to be controlled, they hate every moment of being controlled, even if it is in their best interest. Which is why there is always a fundamental disconnect between how we communicate our message and how it received by our recipient (audience), and this disconnect happens at all levels of our communication. It happens in our relationships, in our business and in all areas of our lives. It affects every function and level of our communication including the way we talk ourselves. We always want to be given the right to choose, conscious or unconscious, that’s the way we are. Your job as a leader in your own right is develop a power and ability to guide that choice, in a manner that empowers the other person, client, and audience and still get what you want. This you can do one to one and one to many, including (Speaking, Coaching, Branding, Marketing, Influence /Selling/ Persuasion. How you communicate your message to the world is crucial in your success.
Not having this skill can be the most expensive exercise in your life, in your business, in your career, in your relationship and your success, as it is what connects you to the world and those around you. It is what sells you, your business, your talent, your product and service in a very special and unique way.
