We have over 25 years’ of experience in the building and construction industry and 19 of these years are in the structural steel building sector. We offer a professional approach to the industrial and commercial property development for the small to medium sized projects, with the flexibility to adapt to the specific project requirements. We established EXITRADE with the initiative to provide a turnkey solution for the small to medium developments of an expanding business. Whether it is a green field site or an extension to an existing building site. We can handle all the trades required to take your project from concept to completion, be it in the civil sector and / or the structural sector. We are an owner managed business that strives to provide the hand’s on experience. Each project is managed from the conceptual stage to completion by the same site/project manager, this allows for a clear single channel of communication between the company and the customer, ensuring that their expectations are met on time and on budget. The Experience our project managers have in the industry enables EXITRADE to find innovative and cost effective solutions to our client’s requirements. We have a high regard for quality control and ensure that the design requirements are met at each stage of the project, ensuring that the highest standards are maintained throughout the project. We also maintain a demanding Health & Safety program while on site ensuring that all work is carried out safely and without harm to workers and the environment.
