There is a TV with DSTV Compact and a DVD player. You also have the use of a heater, electric blankets and hot water bottles. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave oven, weber braai. Linen and towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels. One parking bay is allocated to the apartment with visitors parking available a short walk from the apartment
. The resort offers many entertainment facilities as well as 24 hour manned security, electric fences, infra-red beams and motion detection cameras. Facilities at the resort include: Tennis Courts, Swimming pools, putt-putt, squash court, gym, pool tables, bar, games room, communal braai areas, shop, laundry and a rocky beach. DEPOSIT POLICY: We require a 50% deposit in order to confirm your booking. A minimum stay of 2 nights in required. The balance is payable on arrival. Extras accumulated during your stay is payable on departure. A key and breakage deposit of R200 is required. CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event that a booking is cancelled for any reason, the following will apply:

31 or more days 25% of deposit
*Please note that in the event a guest does not arrive on the stated date, or if the booking is cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date: the full value of the quoted room rate will be due (up to a maximum of three days). Departures prior to the booked departure date will attract full payment of the quoted room rate for the originally-booked dates (up to a maximum of 3 days in addition to the number of days the guest has already stayed).
