‘Coastal Charm and Comfort: Your home away from home!’
Seagulls Beach House is a self-catering holiday home located on the beachfront, in Southport on the South Coast. The house is ideal for guests looking for a tranquil beach break, away from city life.
This pet-friendly holiday home can accommodate 9 people and consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a guest toilet, and an open-plan living area. Three of the bedrooms each have a queen-size bed, and the fourth bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed and 1 single bed. The main bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, and the 3 bedrooms share the second bathroom.
The well-equipped kitchen contains 2 fridge-freezers, an oven with a stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, and other basic appliances and utensils to use. The adjacent living area features a dining table with seating, a Smart TV with a Bluetooth sound bar and full DStv channels; the living area has stack doors that open onto the verandah, which boasts 2 outdoor lounge areas overlooking the swimming pool on the deck, as well as the braai area.
The front garden gate opens onto a narrow strip of indigenous vegetation, which is all that separates the property from the beautiful unspoiled golden beach with an enormous tidal pool. Just 500 meters from the house is Southport’s famous Blue Flag beach, complete with lifeguards, another lovely tidal pool, and under the magnificent Milkwood trees is a laid-back beach restaurant and bar to visit.
Secure parking is available to guests for 3 cars, and there is a security system, cameras, and outside beams.

Seagulls Beach House is a stylish, pet friendly, 4-bedroom home that sleeps up to 9 guests.
This beautiful newly renovated house has direct beach access to the local blue flag beach and has a lovely natural saltwater swimming pool on the deck (with safety net if required).
The home is well equipped with all the modern appliances needed for a self-catering holiday and the property is serviced Mondays to Fridays by our housekeeper. The open-plan living area opens onto an undercover veranda which boasts its own lounge area and built-in braai facility.
There is also an outdoor shower to wash off the beach sand and seawater.
