#CameraTrapTales Wild Dogs Trap and Take Down Prey 📍Kingly Explorer Camp📍 This is probably the most insane yet heart wrenching footage you’ll see today. A pack of African wild dogs was caught on camera chasing down what seems to be a little impala lamb. The entire pack leaped towards the damn, forcing the lamb into the water. The pack cleverly circled the dam, ensuring the potential prey has nowhere to go. Chasing the lamb into water meant it would eventually tire out from the swimming, making it easier to take down. The team knows the terrain well and always thought the reserve would be ideal for mountain biking. We saddled up our titanium horses and headed out into the Wild Rivers reserve to test out the trails, and plotted a few routes for mountain bike enthusiasts from around the world. What an adventure! Rukiya has trails for family outrides, hardcore mountain bikers, and the more casual cruiser. Our one of a kind two-wheeled safari adventures offers a thrilling opportunity to enjoy a safari while mountain biking! An added bonus? The team will drop off drinks en route and tailor-make the experience for you. 👇🏽 Here’s what you need to know👇🏽 ⦿ You will need to bring your own bike and helmet. A helmet is a requirement. ⦿ A map of the reserve and the trails will be provided. ⦿ We haven’t signposted the trails yet, but we will inform you about the various routes. ⦿ There are 3 main routes: 10 km, 20 km, 30 km, and 5 km for families. Home to plenty of plains game, birdlife and you guessed it - an abundance of buffalo!
