Unique Hout Bay Holiday House is a favorite with guests from around the world with 80+ five star reviews. The spacious split level house is situated on a lush half acre in a tranquil neighborhood with mountain views all around. It is also centrally located on the Cape Peninsula to Cape Town’s most popular destinations. There are beautiful walks and mountain hikes right from the house.

The house accommodates up to eight guests inclusive in the daily rate, and is one of the best values in the valley. The bedroom wing of the house is away from the main part of the house, providing privacy and quiet. Below are some of what you will find at Unique.

4 bedrooms (1 x queen, 2 x doubles, and 2 x singles), 2,5 baths, pool and spacious decks, lounge with a fireplace, main dining room with a fireplace, second dining area, kitchen with sitting area, butlers pantry, stereo smart phone plug in, 10mb fibre wifi, deck and patio, firepit, separate braai (bar-b-que) area, and we are dog friendly (by prior arrangement).

The house is minutes away from Hout Bay and Llandudno beaches, many wineries, including Groote Constantia, the Cape’s oldest winery, restaurants and cafes, and shops. The Table Mountain cable car is fifteen minutes away, and Cape Point is about fifty minutes.
