CTU was established in 1991, specifically to cater to the growing insurance needs of the Mini-Bus Taxi industry in South Africa. Since then, we’ve grown from streng

Congratulations to the bus drivers that made it to the Top 20. Now we move to the last phase of the competition which is the Monitoring Phase. The last phase of the competition is enabled by Optix technology. For the first time since inception of Hollard Highway Heroes Competition, Hollard will together with telematics data, use video telematics to determine the winner of HHH 2024 and to gain valuable driver behaviour insights. Hollard will require every participating bus to be fitted with an in-cab camera device which will be monitored by Hollard for the purposes of the Competition. The Driver participant and the Fleet Owner must ensure that the in-cab camera device is always functioning within the 45-(forty-five) day assessment. On this Nelson Mandela Day, celebrated on July 18th, our hearts were deeply touched during our visit to Coronation Training College in Newlands, Johannesburg. This remarkable school, dedicated to supporting the educational and skill needs of children with learning disabilities, left an indelible mark on us.Spending a few hours with the children, seeing their faces light up with joy as they received educational toys and stationery, was an emotional experience.
