Your journey through this blog can be the most revealing and rewarding one. It is the best of over a decade’s personal experimenting and experiencing. I read hundreds of books, ranging from self-help/wellness to metaphysical subjects, and attended many workshops on related topics even when I couldn’t afford it, I meditated intensely, whenever time permitted, I pushed myself to the limit to find the answers to my burning questions. The Solar plexus is like the sun of the body, (the body’s battery) because is the central point of distribution for the energy which the body is constantly generating. This energy is very real energy and this sun is very real sun, and this energy is being spread by very real nerves to all parts of the body, and is thrown off in an atmosphere which envelops the body.
When the solar plexus is active and radiating life, energy and vitality to every part of the body, the sensations are pleasant, the body is filled with health. If there is any interruption of this radiation the sensations are unpleasant, the flow of life and energy to some part of the body is stopped, and this is the cause of every illness in the human race, Physical, mental or environmental.
Physical because the sun is no longer generating sufficient energy to vitalize some parts of the body; mental because the conscious mind depends upon the subconscious mind for the vitality to support its thought, and environmental, because the connection between the subconscious mind and the Universal Mind is being interrupted.
Conscious thought, then, is master of this sun centre from which the life and energy of the entire body flows and the quality of thought that we entertain determines the quality of the of energy that this sun radiates, the character of thought that our conscious mind entertain determines the quality of character this sun radiates and the nature of the thought that our conscious mind entertains will determine the nature that this sun will radiate, and consequently will determine the nature of the experience in our lives.

After listening carefully to myself I realized that every conceivable force, object or fact is the result of the willing mind in action. The Mind in action is thought, and thought is creative. Men and women are thinking now as they never thought before. Therefore this is the creative age, and the world is awarding its richest prizes to the thinkers. Your willingness to think will determine your decision making. At least ninety percent of our mental activity or life is subconscious, so those who lack the will to make use of this mental power live within very narrow limits. The subconscious mind can and will solve any problem for us if we know how to direct it, willfully.
