Passports applied on 15 March to 24 March 2025 are now available for collection. Those collecting on behalf of someone bring along the paycode, two receipts, SAPS stamped affidavit, old passport and form of ID for the collecter.

Those collecting for their children, bring along the paycode, two receipts child's Birth certificate, and parent's ID or valid passport.

Passports applied from 15 to 24 March 2025 are now ready for collection. Bring the paycode and two receipts and form of identification when collecting the passport. Also bring the old one, in case it has to be cancelled at R200

Passports applied from 07 to 14 March 2025 are now available for collection. Bring the usual *paycode, two receipts and form of identity (ID or passport)*. Those with valid passports, bring them along as they have to be cancelled at a fee of R200.

Those collecting on someone's behalf bring the above mentioned documents plus the SAPS stamped affidavit and collector's ID or passport.

Those collecting for children also bring the child's Birth certificate and the above mentioned documents as well

Passports applied from 03 to 06 March 2025 are ready for collection.

Bring along the collection documents, the paycode, two receipts and form of identity, either ID or passport.

Those collecting for children, bring the kid's Birth certificates, and the above mentioned documents.

Those collecting on someone's behalf, the SAPS affidavit and above mentioned documents and collector's form of identity. .

Passports for 21 to 28 February 2025 are ready for collection. Bring the two receipts, proof of Identity(ID or Passport) Paycode and current passport if its not expired and needs to be cancelled at R200.

Passports applied from 10 to 20 February 2025 are ready for collection.
Kindly bring the required documents (pay-code, two receipts and form of identification either ID or passport)

For those collecting for children, the Child's Birth certificates are also required.

For those collecting on someone's behalf, the SAPS Affidavit and collector's form of identification are required.
