Home made fresh to eat immediately. Add in a good amount of oil, add in onions and sauté all most to golden brown. Add a good amount of chillies red and green and curry leaves with whole garlic. The. Add in and also some peppercorns and for extra spice such in some red chillie flakes. Add salt to taste and throw in fresh finely ditched tomatoes. (Not grated) if you want a rustic base. Add in tomato purée and very little water to cook down the chutney/curry. Add in crab and leave to simmer for three to five minuets
