After completion of the application, the Department of Justice will forward the application to the Police CRC to clear your name which will take 21 days. As soon as we receive the relevant documentation from the Police CRC, we will apply for a new Police Clearance Certificate (this will take 3-4 weeks). A Police Clearance Certificate, stated that you have no previous convictions will then be issued. We will apply for the second Police Clearance Certificate and as soon as we received the Police Clearance Certificate we will forward it to you immediately after receiving it from the SAPS CRC. Please note that we cannot be held responsible if you do not qualify for expungement. This process can take up to 12 months.
