On Wednesday we had 2 from who really proved themselves as they pushed through 18km of headwinds along the . Not many have completed the so to you all 🙂

The perfect day out today as we took a 17km Kayak trail up the Kariega River. We got to see a variety of antelope species and a elephant browsing along the river.
