🌟 Meet Our Guest Speaker! The Waiting is Over! 🌟

We are beyond excited to introduce our special guest speaker for the upcoming Sip and Paint event. She's a powerhouse of inspiration and strength, and her journey is nothing short of remarkable.

"I am a mother of 2, a multiple business owner, an ultra marathon runner, a triathlete, and a wife with an obsession with understanding the body. After spending many years in the fitness industry, working with women on their strength and nutrition, I realized more and more that guiding them with a plan meant nothing without the self-confidence and beliefs they needed to make a change. So, I shifted into a Life Coaching approach to achieve a more holistic result.

As an athlete trying to position in triathlons, I found myself constantly facing setbacks with my health and injuries. After discovering Lyno and Body Activations and experiencing the incredible difference they made in my athletic career and health, I knew this was something I wanted to help others with.

I am absolutely passionate about making one person happier at a time with a body that is pain-free and functioning optimally. Stress happens, and we can't get away from it, but my sessions focus on giving you the tools you need to manage stress and not internalize it."

Last week Richard Matlock took us on a reconnaissance mission from Bushman's mouth to the Diaz cross. We learnt all about the Volo wreck. The Volo was a 500 ton Norwegian barque sailing ship built in Arendal, Norway in the 1880's which was wrecked on the beach near Bushman's River Mouth on the morning of 6th March, 1886. We also learnt about the origins of the Diaz cross. Not to mention getting to know some of the creatures that live on the beach. If you're keen to learn more then make your booking for Saturday the 8th of April and join us for a fun-filled adventure. Pre-booking is essential.
