Day 6 .... been tough few days with the early rain, pretty good amount of walking and tracking buffalo in and out of the thickets . Crossed paths with a Lion this morning, not many seen by chance, very welcome sight. Wayne Van Den Bergh got Allison Still Potgieter setup just right and 3 bulls walked within 60 yrds. She gave the bull a swift A frame from her Chapuis double and a follow up running shot with a solid was all she wrote. Very exciting!!!!

Great time in our Kimberley hunt area.
Travel is back normal, no test,no cards, no shot no problem. Honestly the airport ( South Africa) was very smooth, bows, luggage all on time.
Im going back 2023 ,July, prices are excellent and hospitality better than ever.

Returning client , Cooper and dad Chad, this time with Mack, hunted our Kimberley camp with Francois de Wet and staff. The young man put a smack on the game knocking out some good memories with Dad & Grandpa!! Cooper took a nice Buff with the bow all on camera!

Bucket list hunt? Africa has a " expiration " date on it, massive anti - hunting pressure and corruption the biggest downfall to all hunting in Africa. Soon it will just be a memory....

I have seen this many, many times, yet it still amaze me....
When ever I can, I use my phone to record my shots to just understand " what happend?" so not beat myself up to bad after I miss...

Jenna ( 8 yrs)on her first hunt in TX, very fortunate to have friends like Tim King of London Oaks ranch. She put in her hours in the stand and even got a hard to kill Aoudad!! First buck also with " Mom " guiding , a smashing team😀

Big thanks to Tim King for the invite to his ranch in Menard TX, London Oaks. Bowhunters dream place, lots of game, shots are at 15 yrds, great host and good lodging. I had shot opportunity with every sit.

Darren & Shannon started good with getting the elusive zebra the first night, good nyala and days of treestand hunting ,got Darren a nice Wildebeest. The hunts not over yet!!!!

Loooooong nights and lots of hours checking bait, Shiloh finally shot a Bushpig. None of these are ever easy. Sitting in a treestand in pitch black, and not move a finger, having the pig circle the tree like 5 times. First couple of night he picked up the scent and blew out of there 😡, double Ozonics, burning zebra dung, sprayed down with Dead down wind, and STILL he tried for 2hrs to bust ole Shiloh Butts,but patients payed off. 3 am he got a shot and made it count!!!
