THE VENUE
Your hosts at Boschendal10, Zach, Lina, Danny and Magdel, awaits your arrival to ensure a comfortable stay, with personal attention and old world hospitality. Our four-roomed guest house is situated in a quiet street off the N12 (Cape-Town to Johannesburg), 5.3 km from
the airport, a block away from a large mall and ABSA Park and 5 km from the CBD. As our logo suggests, we are following the green path, making use of solar water heating, photo voltaic panels for lighting, storage and use of rain water to complement municipal supply, redirection of gray water for use in the garden. The luxurious rooms are not annexes or add-ons to the house, but are indeed part of our home to create and maintain an atmosphere of being part of the family during your stay. All rooms are en-suite and are accessible from inside the house or through private entrances from the garden, with outdoor spaces for relaxation. All beds are ozone aerated on a daily basis. All rooms are equipped with air-conditioning, electric blankets in winter, DSTV; coffee/tea facilities, and internet access. (Password to be obtained from hosts). Safe parking is provided. Access to the garages is remote controlled. Each vehicle owner/driver receives his/her own remote control for the duration of the stay. A full breakfast is served on request between 06.30 and 08.00. (Price NOT included in accommodation rate. On special request deviation from the stipulated time may be arranged.) A traditional dinner is served on request between 19.00 and 21.00. (Price NOT INCLUDED in accommodation rate. At least 12 hours prior notice is required for dinner.) As a courtesy, transport to and/or from the airport is provided free of charge. (Prior notice and arrangement essential.) One of your hosts is a qualified and registered tour guide. The guest house has two off road vehicles at its disposal to convey guests on pre-arranged safaris/tours in the area at extra cost. Possible tour packages are available on request.
