Sadly a Humpback Whale washed out dead on our beach today. A BIG chunk bitten out of it"s side. The local villagers had started to chop it up for food and gave us a beautiful piece of freshly cut steak. Our first time eating or preparing Whale. It taste exactly like a good quality Rump Steak. He/she's life was not in vein. Hopefully the chilly weather will keep it fresh for longer so more people can make use of this "gift" of a good meal.
