Aurora Astralis should happen again tonight! ♥️

Awesome photos of the southern lights above the Knysna Heads in the Western Cape, sent to us by Andrew. We've posted more on our website, including quite a few from South African expats in England, Ireland, New Zealand and the USA.

The northern and southern lights (aurora borealis and aurora australis) is on display this weekend due to the largest geomagnetic storm in twenty years. This phenomenon will possibly be visible on Saturday night too, most likely once it gets quite dark.
