Situated above well known café and artisan bakery, île de païn, the apartments boast stunning views across coral trees to the Knysna lagoon and Outeniqua mountains. We offer two chic 1 bed apartments, on the first floor "espressô" and on the top floor "mocha". Our top floor 2 bed-2 bath apartment named "chocôlat" is as luxurious as the name implies. The apartments are beautifully furnished in a co

ntemporary rustic style. Bedrooms are light and airy with ceiling fans and crisp cotton sheets. Our kitchens will please any foodie and are fully stocked with everything you'll need to prepare and present beautiful meals during your stay. Bathrooms feature funky tiles, power showers and bundles of fluffy towels. The open plan living areas feature large, lounge-worthy sofas and DSTV for chilled evenings at home, whilst out on the large terraces you'll enjoy beautiful views, sundowners and the opportunity to braai. Street parking is safe and abundant. Drop your car and walk to the many shops and cafés in Thesen Harbour Town or stroll into charming Knysna with it's array of coffee spots, craft stores and shopping. Thesen Harbour Town is at the heart of Knysna and just a short drive from beautiful beaches, forests and outdoor adventures. On the ground floor enter the world of île de païn. This award winning café offers honest food, a myriad rustic breads and pastries, superlative coffee and a great local buzz.

The Space
A spacious, beautiful and sunny 1 bedroom rooftop apartment. Modern and stylishly decorated. The open living area spills onto a large outside open sun deck, with sun umbrella, outside seating area that invites for sundowners and a braai.

The Facilities
Furnished and fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. A generous kitchen area with electric hob and stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, Nespresso machine, washer & dryer. Lounge with flat screen TV and satellite TV.

Additional benefits
Renting on Thesen Island gives tenants access to the Club house where one can find a playground, tennis and basketball courts, an extra large chess set, a soccer field and more. Thesen Islands also offers a private beach with Blue Flag status. Access to the Lagoon is around the corner.
