Our Story
Hinkley’s (established in 2006) therefore a long time supplier of top-quality meat and poultry to the finest restaurants in Garden Route and Cape Town, has opened its doors to the public. Their pristine factory is located in the Knysna Industrial Area where service is helpful and friendly The owners take great pride in sourcing the best in the area including matured free-range beef, matured angus beef, free range pork, karoo lamb, organic duck, poultry and even farm made, natural cheese. They are also a good source for holiday turkeys and gammon, but make sure to order in advance.
