The house, situated on top of the hill at Brenton on Sea at an elevation of 220m ngl, is surrounded by the Western Heads nature reserve. It is approached on a privately maintained, no-through road, via a gated 80m paved driveway. The location of the house takes maximum advantage of the views from the site, and the site lines over the ocean and westward to Mossel Bay will not be interrupted by other property.
