Excited to be a part of this innovative project for a private developer which will cater for over 8000 housing units in a mixed development. Not only are we looking at sustainability but also green infrastructure and job creation which are both crucial in these challenging times. This 144ha property is a challenging design but will be very rewarding.

Here at AfriTown we have started with a new exciting offering called Site Identification for all our current and future clients.

This includes a once off GIS land parcel identification report with the objective of the study being to assist the client in identifying suitable land for property development (commercial; residential; industrial) in any of our South African Cities and suburbs. PHASE 1 will identify the potential properties where as PHASE 2 will provide more detailed information on potential properties in order to enable engagements for acquisition of properties.

We are able to assist with any site identification proposal within the lockdown period.

How do I remove restrictive title deed conditions?

Restrictive title deed conditions may prevent or prohibit a property from being used for a certain purpose or from being developed in a certain way. You may apply to the City to have the restriction amended, suspended or even removed. Alternatively, you may also have the relevant restriction expunged from the title deed.
