Langebaan is a town in the Western Cape province of South Africa on the eastern shore of Langebaan Lagoon.
Langebaan is situated 120 km north of Cape Town, just off the R27, about 28km from Vredenburg and 20km from Saldanha Bay. The Lagoon stretches for 17km from Saldanha Bay, past Langebaan, to Geelbek in the South, and in places is up to 4km wide.
Almost year round sunshine, safe waters and reliable winds make the coastal town of Langebaan the ideal place for water sport lovers. The picturesque, modern town borders the scenic West Coast National Park. Nicknamed the ‘Jewel of the West Coast’, Langebaan is a short one hour drive from Cape Town and the bustling town has something for the whole family. The natural beauty attracts many outdoor lovers, while unique beach restaurants, abundant seafood and shopping attracts others.
CASA VIVIANA, Langebaan is a freestanding double storey, self catering home situated in the suburb of the Country Club and is FULLY furnished and equipped to cater for a maximum of six guests.
Within walking distance from the Mashie Golf Course and five minutes drive from the beach, Sunny Park, shops, restaurants and Club Mykonos, the house consists of
Three bedrooms (with either a king, queen or double bed)
Two full bathrooms (mes)
Downstairs kitchen with dishwasher & washing machine, etc
Lounge and dining area
Upstairs with TV room (Satellite TV available) and entertainment area with pool table
Two braai areas (upstairs and downstairs)

Enclosed garden with secure parking

Sleeps SIX guests maximum
Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets or any children under 10 years of age (including babies)
Rates from R1 500 per day (winter) R1 800 per day (spring)
R2 000 per day Easter weekends and December holidays
R500-00 refundable breakage deposit applies
