National Bird Day 🦜

Birdwatching in Marloth Park!
Over 500 types of birds to enjoy their colors and sounds! One of our favorites is the Southern yellow-billed hornbill or the famous ‘Zazu’.

These birds are near endemic to the dry savannas of southern Africa.

Also, like most other hornbills, they possess a long tail, long eyelashes, stubby legs and stubby toes. The front three toes are fused together near the base.
