It is with a sad heart that Spyker and I have to bid you very loyal customers farewell. We would like to thank you for your support and kindness towards us.
We are going to be so busy with our new adventure, and won't be able to give you our 100%. We are handing the farm back to Craig from the 1st of February. , so for all your bookings, deal with him directly at +27827817740 or [email protected]. for February onwards. January you can still deal with me.
Spyker and I will still be on the farm, so do pop in and say hi when you there.

We asked our staff where they would like to go and eat for Christmas, as we want to take them somewhere, where they haven't been. They replied out of one mouth, "Wimpy." They have never been to Wimpy 👀. I was so taken a back, as we are there so often, the staff knows us by name and our order 😁. It just shows you never to take anything for granted. ♥️

To a very busy start off to our silly season. It was busy from geaser problems in the one cottage, to batts in another to campers loosing their bikes from their bike rack entering the farm to river rafting, and last but not least our first potato harvest. Hectic and busy, but memorable moments were made.

For all the men that are saving on not buying flowers for their ladies, bring them fishing here on the farm. With our recent bit of rain fall, our river and dams are full, and the fish are teasing us. They want a challenge, and I am sure they will give you a good fight.

Our 4 sleeper cottage is still available for the December holidays @ R1200/night/unit. We are on route of the Midlands Meander. On the farm we also have beautiful nature trails on the farm, 2 dams and the Mooi River flowing right through the farm, where you can fish, swim, skip rocks or just enjoy the night sounds, and forget about the city's hustle and bustle.

So we do, do other stuff on the farm as well 😁. Spyker with Mandla and Mbuyisene working hard in the potato field, making sure NO porcupines or bugs are eating the crops before we can eat some or sell and prepare another patch for planting. No rest for a farmer 😉. Always busy and on the go

Yesterday, Spyker and I went for a hike here on the farm and came across these beautiful flowers that the farm is showing off with. The fields are also green after the few drops off rain that we had. When you host a family with girls full of life and energy, and then when they leave, they write you a letter from each one( grand dad helped as only one can write) and personally bring it to you... This is what is making our life full and happy. Specially when you have happy guests, that loved being here.Thank you to the Ebelthite and Miller family, for choosing us to make family memories, and just to relax. 🌻❤️🐂🛶🐟

The Taylor family visited this beautiful place for many many years since the early 1990 - this was in 1992. Unfortunately most of the family have moved overseas. When they talk about coming back to SA this is place they would return to. The rest of us still love to return.
