Yoga Alignment and Breathing Workshop

About Natalie
I began to explore Yoga as a form of post-traumatic stress therapy 10 years ago. Along with complementary healing modalities and perseverance, I initiated the beginning of the most outrageous healing experience of my inner landscape and struggled through broken bones and a shattered heart with determination, discipline and a love/hate attitude toward the Yoga Mat. Yoga is a Whole Self practice integrating the radical union of the spiritual, mental, emotional and physical bodies. You cannot work on one aspect without touching the other..
And so I choose to see your whole-ness through your broken-ness. I choose to cast Light on what fragments you through an amalgamation of craft called Matamorphosis. Aligning your vibration with Source and to who you REALLY are. This is the raw creation of Mindful Living and Whole Self Integration.
Mindfully combining Yoga into movement therapy merged with the intimate collaboration of Mindfulness-based practices, Body Psychology and Consciousness frameworks, I intend to guide and support you to and through a journey of Personal Medicine should you choose to take your seat.
Reiki 1 Workshop
Training at this level is for self-healing and well-being, and also to use for your friends and family. You will also learn ways of using Reiki to benefit animals and plants.
The Workshop will include:
• Introductions and opening blessing.
• The history of Reiki.
• The Reiki Principles.
• Guided meditations and energy exercises.
• Techniques for cleansing your own energy field.
• Two or three attunement rituals to open your crown, heart and palm chakras to the Reiki energy.
• REIKI 1 ATTUNEMENT!
• You will learn and practise hand positions for giving a treatment to yourself and others.
• Practice treatments on each other.
• Sharing, question and answer session.

Full Moon Workshop and Yoga
Yoga teacher, Charlotte Davies will guide you through a Yoga practice that honours this lunar energy with moon salutations and nurturing Yin. Class will be followed by a delicious Harvest supper. We will then take a brief walk to the Crocodile River for a moon ceremony. Against the magnificent backdrop of Woodlands, Andrea Davies will then lead you through meditation and offerings to the river.

Diego is the founder of Inner Wellness Studio in Durban, a holistic health care practice specialising in holistic health, integrative nutrition, yoga and meditation.

I am passionate about women's health at all ages and about maintaining balance and well being as we get older. My classes have a holistic approach, integrating ayurvedic principles along with yoga asana.
Restorative Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation
By drawing on my background as an alternative therapist, I aspire to create a balancing and nurturing space in my Restorative Yoga classes. This allows you compassionate conversation with your body and mind, teaching you how to relax deeply, in order to heal on every level."
