🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 Review from Clarissa

Thank you – from the bottom of my heart. At your recommendation, Mauricia was the perfect resort for me. It held so many great options. I spent 2 full days out of the resort scuba diving from Cannonier and then on a second day excursion organised by the Hotel for me for a speedboat tour of the south of the island. My only regret was having 5 nights only. I definitely could have spent 8 days at the resort.

Mauricia has a very special vibe about it. The entertainment crew from Animation were spectacular. Time precluded me from a number of on site activities which I will no doubt be back to try. It’s a one stop shop for fun and relaxation. The events, staff, food, options available on the all inclusive and friendliness of those at the resort was phenomenal. I met so many amazing people and never felt alone. My 5 days of relaxation filled up with so many fun activities I could not have planned for. The tentative and welcoming staff, plethora of activities at resort and offered by the resort for fun day trips left me wanting nothing, other than another trip. Mauricia has a special vibe for those wanting to chill but also have a party if they wanted. The international mixture of guests made for a fun and multilingual holiday.

I can not highly recommend this enough other than saying – spend the money on the 7-9 days! I would not have been bored given the numerous options available.

I went scuba diving from BeachComber Cannonier which was great. Such well trained, calm and experienced instructors calmed my nerves. Special thanks to John from the resort for his patience with me during my refresher.

Mauricia was just fabulous. Even though my room overlooked the pool which had slightly less privacy than expected, it was close to everything I needed and had all of not more amenities than expected. It provided me the ability to choose between a party at the Beach Bar or sleep.

Thanks to you and the team at Mauricia as well as diving team at BeachComber Cannonier and the One Love crew from the Speed boat trip around the South of the Island. Our very funny skipper Ashley (from One Love boat group – please pass on such praise for this young and talented individual) kept us informed and highly entertained. He was a total highlight for the day while exploring the beauty of the south!

My one learning was to carry more Rupees / not sure if tipping is expected but I would have given some cash to those special “hero’s “ who went above and beyond on the trip. Not sure if it’s customary or not, but that was one thing I would like to do it if go back.
