The Windmeul Cellar Farmers Market is a family-friendly foodie event hosted at the winery from 08h00 until 12h00 on the first Saturday of every month. The market offers visitors a feast of produce and delicious deli treats, as well as the opportunity to enjoy a kid-friendly outing while soaking up country living at its tastiest.
Small and rustic but nevertheless widely renowned, the Windmeul Cellar Farmers Market has attracted the enthusiastic attention of a host of proud locals and discerning travellers who consistently return for more of our festive fare. The initiative also provides a platform where people from diverse backgrounds can mingle to enjoy the festive spirit of our bourgeoning community.
All of our vendors are proudly local and have been hand-selected for the passion that they display for their craft. Visitors can look forward to everything from olives, jams, artisanal breads and quiches to botanicals, herbs, paintings, jewellery, bath products and more. We invite you to browse, taste and peruse at your leisure – it’s the perfect place to shop for a picnic and then find a shady spot to enjoy an al fresco lunch accompanied by some delicious Windmeul Cellar wine.
