I asked God to show me how can I have certainty that He is with me. In the early hours of the night I heard a whisper in my mind. “I’m with you in the form of all the angels surrounding you.”
I have a group of angels in human form, surrounding me every day and night. My husband, Roelf who calls us “Team Alberts” - walking my diagnosis of cancer path with me every step of the way. He makes sure I eat healthy and nutritious meals, shop for us and run his very busy business without ever a word of complaint. He is my ROCk and my pillar of strength❤️
My best friends Amy Kleinhans-Curd and Amelia Beattie, checking in with me every morning and every night. Amy giving me foot massages and head massages as I lie down for 90 minutes hyperthermia treatments. They are my mainstay and my joy❤️❤️
My children, Charne, Jacques and Louis, my earthly angels giving me the strong will to overcome this health challenge - giving me the drive to survive as I desire to see how they continue to thrive❤️❤️❤️
My granddaughters, Leila and Raven, running to me with arms outstretched whenever they see me, faces showing delight as they run to me and shout “Ouma”. I love you so much my angels. Watch me playing “Ring a ring a Rosie’s” with them in the attached video❤️❤️
Edward, my angel driver, driving me 3 times a week to receive treatment in Cape Town. He appeared in my life as a beautiful angel, driving me safely there and back❤️
My doctors, Benita Stoltz and James Laporta. Without your medical care and support of me I cannot do this. You are medical angels send by God to me❤️❤️
All the healers appearing in my life, from Psych-K, spiritual healing, affirmations, landscaper creating a beautiful patio outside my bedroom for me to have privacy and the most beautiful view. My view is spectacular already as I live in the beautiful Winelands❤️

Managing your emptions
I want to share with you the tips and techniques I have learned over the years that have helped me manage my emotions:
1. Look at emotions differently
Whenever you experience a negative emotion that you find challenging or painful, put on your perception glasses.
Your perception glasses have one negative lens and one positive lens, helping you to see both sides (the negative AND positive) of any situation.
As the universal law of duality states: for every positive, there is a negative. And for every action, there is an EQUAL but OPPOSITE reaction.
So, when you are feeling a negative emotion (e.g.: sadness) ask yourself, “About what am I feeling the OPPOSITE emotion?” (e.g.: hopeful. You must decide the opposite of the negative feeling).
2. Practise breathing exercises
Whenever I feel that my breathing is becoming shallow, and I’m feeling a bit anxious, I do a breathing exercise - I have a breathing app on my Apple watch. I encourage you to download a breathing app.
3. Practise meditation
I have meditations that I listen to for 5 mins, 10 mins or 15 mins, all depending on the time I have on hand. When we quiet our minds, see both sides (the negative AND positive), and breathe deeply into our tummies, we become mindful.
4. Focus on your vision for your life
I wish to teach self-mastery to thousands of people all around the world because I know that it makes a difference in people's lives.
When I connect to this vision, it lifts me up and gives me gratitude, making me feel centred and in control of my emotions.
5. Have faith in the higher power
When it comes to my goals, I know that half is up to me and the other half is up to the higher power. Knowing that there is a higher power helping me along the way, brings me a great sense of comfort.
6. Use your emotions as a driving force to learn about yourself
Our emotions can teach us a lot about ourselves — they can help us identify the things and situations that make us tick, stress us out, bring us
