37 on Salmon is a Hamptons style colourful beach house filled with fun art and splashes of yellow and blue.
The ground floor is open plan with a modern kitchen and four bedrooms. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. There is a guest loo leading off the living area. Two rooms have Queen size beds, one bedroom has a double bed and the last bedroom has four bunk beds for children.

The top floor is where you sit at the "Silly Salmon" Beach Bar looking over the ocean. Or relax on the wooden deck with a view overlooking the beautiful swimming pool below. A fun filled yellow accent wall boasts beautiful underwater photographs. The Beach Bar and open plan top floor is beautifully equipped and tastefully decorated.
The house is pet friendly and has a lovely garden for children to play in. There is a double garage at the back of the property.

The house is secure and has an automatic gate and electric fence. There is an inverter to provide power during load shedding.

It is a unique bush and beach family retreat destination along untouched back roads surrounded by the natural KZN Fauna and Flora. This property has luxurious spacious accommodation, with an unspoilt beach where you can pick up shells and kids can spend hours exploring the natural rock pools right in front of the house. 3 km outside of Pennington and 9 Km from Scottburgh, this house is for people who want to get away from the crowd without sacrificing luxury.

There are 7 spacious bedrooms in the main house, 5 have their own bathrooms. The two bedrooms with single beds (Girls Wing) share a bathroom. The "Boys wing", which has a separate entrance, has 2 spacious bedrooms, with 5 single beds, a bathroom and an entertainment room.
The house is fully equipped - complete with a dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine. And even has a scullery and a dedicated fishing prep area where dedicated fishermen can clean their catch of the day.

This large self-catering farm style house is set in a big garden. It is in the first street facing the sea and beach.

It is a real family holiday home with a character of its own. The house is full of beautiful antique pieces of furniture and some very interesting books to read on those rainy days. A home away from home. From the veranda you overlook the natural Natal bush against the Indian Ocean. The perfect getaway to unwind, relax and enjoy your natural surroundings.

There are 4 spacious bedrooms with the main bedroom being en-suite. The first bedroom down the passage has two double bunk beds and a double bed so it can sleep 6 children. It could be used as a kind of dormitory for children. The other two bedrooms each have double beds in. The three bedrooms share two bathrooms each with toilets - one has a bath and the other has a shower.

The house is fully equipped for self-catering - complete with a washing machine, microwave and dishwasher. There is a TV - You just need to bring along your own decoder. The house has plenty of parking within the premises and the security is good.
