If you haven't visited the mountain kingdom of Lesotho, then it is time you did. I love cruising around these beautiful mountains in a 4x4 vehicle and want to show you why. This time, I am going to Lesotho from the 21st to the 23rd of March. It is a great time to visit just before winter sets in, plus the 21st is a holiday. Come and join me in your 4x4 or one of mine. Cost is R950 per person on the bronze package, R2800 on the silver and R3800 on the gold package. Included is the famous Sani pass and camping each night.

After spending 16 days in Botswana, Lesotho was completely different. Botswana was very dry and up to 50° during the day, and Lesotho was close to 0° and some rain. This trip included camping in Sethlabathebe National Park and then some luxury at Semongkong Lodge. Maletsunyana Falls certainly must be one of the more photogenic spots in Lesotho. #

I have to say that I am very lucky and thankful to live in one of the most beautiful countries in the world. Obviously, I love showing people around my home, too. They say that no one can show a place better than a local. Here are a few pictures of my last trip to the eastern Cape wild coast. We also explored the Drakensberg mountains which were covered in snow. Quite a difference after 4 hrs of driving from the warm Indian Ocean. #

There are quite a few ways to get around Lesotho. You should go and explore this mountainous country and enjoy the endless scenery. Winter is a lot different to summer but I can't decide which I prefer. Which season would you like to travel in Lesotho?

I actually have a lot of pictures of Botswana, and I love exploring that wild country. Maybe you should join me when I go there from the 18th October to the 2nd November. Exploring Lesotho and some deep sea fishing on the Indian Ocean off the Kzn coast was such fun. I especially enjoyed showing tourists around the places I love. One minute high in the Drakensberg mountains and then camping at the beach.
