For info message me on 072 831 4800. Comfortable, spacious, quiet and affordable. In a family neighborhood, close to shops, restaurants. Situated on our lush property, but very private and quiet. Perfect for a business traveler, couple or a family. Equipped with DSTV and WIFI and a fully equipped kitchen. Portable braai and lovely undercover outdoor seating area onto garden. Large, spacious bedroom with a King size four poster bed and stack able door. Open plan kitchen to lounge and dining area. Semi open area to living room with 2 single beds and a desk. Large bathroom with shower. Secure off street, not undercover parking, accessed by remote gate in property with electric fence. Our family of 4, with 2 teenage boys live on the property. Our cat, Kitzhoff also resides at the property.
As a family, we love to travel. We enjoy meeting new people and we are happy when our guests are happy. We are a relaxed friendly family and we love a good vibe on our property.
We live in a well established leafy family neighbourhood with dog-walking, jogging and cycling a common practice in our suburb. We are situated near so many businesses and the main access roads, that staying here is a pleasure. Close to the airport, eateries, public transport, parks, the city centre and access roads. All the basic businesses are within 1 km from our front gate: Coffee Shops, Sports Bars, Gyms, ATMs, Laundromats, 6th Ave Shopping Centre and the retail vibe in Heugh Rd. Airport 1.3 km from your stay. Boardwalk Casino and main beaches 6 km away. Schoenies and Sardinia Bay Beaches are about 18km’s away. Come see the Big 7 in the malaria free Addo Elephant National Park. The Mathyolweni Gate is just 45 km away. Pleasant walks in the Settlers Park green belt, 3rd Ave entrance 500m from here.
