On June 22, 2024, volunteers from Sundays River Adventures, Zwartkops Conservancy, Sovereign Foods, and OK Foods came together for a highly successful cleanup along the Swartkops River in Kariega.

Originally scheduled for June 1 but delayed due to floods, the event resulted in the collection of 167 black bags and large items of rubbish.

A big thank you to everyone involved and to our generous sponsors for providing water, gloves, black bags, chocolates, a removal vehicle, and volunteers.

We look forward to more events like this in the near future ❤️
