I won’t lie , I have huge respect for anyone with consistent self discipline

This year I vowed to working on myself and all my weakness and all my flaws AND CONSISTENTLY GETTING BACK UP AS I FALL.

Iv always Been afraid of failure and never understood the concept of fail often , I would fall and it would take me 30 days to get back up 1 year to get up and I didn’t understand that was my BIGGEST WEAKNESS .

Iv just joined a 21 days challenging and I’m slowly learning the courage of how to fall and GET BACK UP QUICKER ‼️‼️‼️‼️and that’s the power , getting back up quicker faster and adapting to situations faster , I’m sooo grateful forthis lesson and we are still well on on our way to getting that 6pack being 60kg on that scale and living a lifestyle of HORSES N PORCHES DARLINGS . Maaan it’s so much easier when you accept your flaws cause the enemy in your mind can’t use them to fight you.

So if this is you . Keep working keep pushing and keep on moving forward . Let’s gooo journey to 60kgs and overflowing bank accounts
