Our MD David travelled on a domestic flight from Johannesburg - Port Elizabeth on Monday and this is his account of how things are being handled with Covid-19 measures in place. We hope this makes our business travellers feel more at home and comfortable with travelling on business trips domestically.

10 August Joburg to port elizabeth .

-no visitors can enter the airport building

-the drop off is in multi storey car park at OR Tambo

-the health questionnaire is collected , temperature and permit are checked before entering the airport building

-you scan boarding pass yourself at security and gate

-social distancing in queues and seating areas

-some shops snack bars restaurants open

-sanitising before boarding and alcohol based wipe handed out on board

-no social distancing on board but flight was only 40pc full

-cabin service excellent . water , snack box (we have included a picture of it)with fresh tasty sandwich , nuts

-Chips and chocolate were also handed out . tea/coffee also available l

-the crew were all very friendly

-on arrival in PE disembarkation was done by row

All in all a very pleasant experience and we look forward to booking flights our corporate travellers in the coming weeks. Please email [email protected] if you have any questions about his experience.
