Career Opportunities: Manager: ICT Support Services and Asset Management (2643)

POSITION OBJECTIVE:
To manage the operations and performance of all activities related to Service Management, Service Integration and Infrastructure Operations. This includes all end user computing, monitoring and managing all events that occur in the ICT environment to allow normal operations and to take appropriate action to address the events- including managing escalated exception conditions with the relevant service providers.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
>A relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent at an NQF level 7.
>Certificate in ITIL Foundations.
>At least five (5) years of relevant experience in IT service management and operations.
>At least three (3) years of management experience.

EMPLOYMENT EQUITY
>Appointments will be made in accordance with SANRAL's Employment Equity Plan.

Career Opportunities: ICT Project Manager (2642)

POSITION OBJECTIVE
The ICT Project Manager is accountable for significant organisation-wide projects, focused on meeting project commitments, including communication with sponsors, stakeholders, etc. Leads the design, testing planning and implementation of complex projects for systems that typically affect many users. To manage the implementation of ICT projects.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
>A relevant Bachelor’s degree or an Advanced Diploma at an NQF level 7.
>At least five (5) years of relevant experience in project management for a large-scale complex infrastructure and systems development projects.
>At least three (3) years of management experience.
>A Project Management qualification: PMP / PMBOK / Prince2.

EMPLOYMENT EQUITY
Appointments will be made in accordance with SANRAL’s Employment Equity plan.

SANRAL reserves the right not to fill any position.

This year, SANRAL's Western Region engaged hundreds of stakeholders and road users in the Northern and Western Cape.
