Great news, KwaZulu-Natal! SANRAL is upgrading the N2 between Lovu River and Umdloti, as part of the N2N3 upgrades.
This 55km stretch of road is redesigned to address capacity constraints, safety issues, and traffic delays.

Thembalethu Bridge over the N2 in George is complete. Have you travelled by this bridge yet?
This project is a prime example of #EngineeringExcellence. The existing bridge was lifted and stitched to the new bridge, to accommodate trucks with a load at a maximum height of 5.2 metres.

The N7 is a major economic artery that connects the Western Cape with the Northern Cape.
SANRAL is upgrading vast stretches of this route to accommodate the increase in traffic and to improve road safety and access.
