Beware of a very convincing banking scam going around where their "fraud" department phone and advise that an amount on your debit card has alerted them to a possible transgression. They give a reference number and ask you to include your card pin as part thereof but not divulge the same to the caller. They then transfer you to their "finance" department who request the FULL reference number from the previous conversation. NEVER give anyone ANY information which includes your PIN number and ask the caller for their bank employee number. If they are legit they will willingly give it to you and if not they will end the call.
