On The Rocks is a spacious holiday home in Ramsgate sleeping 11, which has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and beautiful sea views, only metres away from the beach.

Two of the bedrooms are fitted with double beds and both have sliding doors leading onto a large covered patio overlooking the beach. The other two bedrooms are fitted with single beds of which one has two single beds and the other has three single beds. There is a separate bedroom off the house which is fitted with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a toilet, basin & shower. All the bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans

The two remaining bathrooms are fitted with a bath, shower & basin and there are also two separate guest toilets with basins.

The main lounge has comfortable seating for 11 people and is fitted with a flat screen TV with unlimited Wi-Fi. The lounge opens onto a large patio overlooking the beach with two patio tables & chairs including two kettle braais and a coal braai provided for your use.

The large kitchen is fully equipped for a self-catering holiday and is fitted with a stove, microwave, kettle & fridge. There is also a nook area which has seating for 10.

There is a separate laundry off the main house which is fitted with two washing machines, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Off the patio is a beautiful landscaped garden leading you straight onto the beach, only 30m away!

A double lock-up garage with a pool table, tennis table, dartboard and other games as well as a chest freezer is provided, as well as an alarm connected to an armed response company. There is also extra parking space in front of the garages for another two vehicles.

The house has a back up UPS system to be used during load shedding, as well as water tanks in case of any water outages.

All linen is provided, just bring with your own bath and beach towels. Restaurants and shops are within the immediate vicinity.
