Our one-bedroom apartment is ideal for couples looking for a quiet holiday close to the beach. Our current guests asked of they could bring their little granddaughter along, so we made a plan.

We found some of the first photos from back in 2019 when Ramsgate Ocean View just started out as Home from Home.
One of the first things we did when we reopened after the 2020 lockdown was replace the carpets with tiles, install a fully equipped kitchen, and change our name to avoid confusion (too many Home from Homes out there). Next, we replaced the curtains. A little while later the comfy new coach took the place of the two sleeper couches. The last major upgrade was to replace the old wooden window frames with aluminium and revamp the bedroom.
