ATTENTION ALL USA CLIENTS:

🗣️New import rules issued by the CDC coming into affect as of 1st August 2024

1) As of 1st August 2024 you will no longer be able to apply for an import permit.

🔹You now have to make a reservation at one of the approved facilities instead

2) You will no longer be able to import to all of the 18 approved ports of entry as previously listed

🔹 You are only able to import to 6 remaining approved ports of entry - New York, Atlanta, Washington, Philadelphia, Los Angeles and Miami

3)You are no longer able to take your dog home after customs clearance and provide the proof of revaccination by your own vet within 7 days of the dog’s arrival

🔹 Your dog will now remain in the custody of the approved facility until revaccinated and cleared by the CDC - which could entail 1-3 days stay at the approved facility- at your expense

We have reached out to the various approved facilities at the various approved ports of entry and the charge for their services at this point in time seems to range from $1100 - $1400 (destination dependent). Be mindful of this additional cost when planning your next import

⏰Due to the reservation process as well as some additional paperwork now required by the CDC, shipping might also now take a little longer than the 45days after the titer test is done.

** IMPORTANT NOTICE **

It has come to our attention that there is a fraudulent company operating under the same business name as us. (Blue and yellow signage as included below).

This company is posing as a shipping company and upfront seems professional and legit but manipulates potential buyers into paying exhorberant amounts for “shipping fees”. Once they have received the funds or the victim catches on they break all contact and disappear.

Please be vigilant when buying a puppy or contracting shipping services from an agent as these scammers have been operating in the industry for years and are well experienced in what they do.

Our company has always had orange and brown signage and very personal touch when it comes to our correspondence. Fees are discussed upfront and services only commence once our clients are satisfied and have accepted our quotes so at no point should you feel pressurized for payment.
