There is a double bedroom at each end of the single-storey house, with optional bunks or single beds for youngsters. The kitchen is equipped with fridge and electric oven but the ancient wood-burning stove does still work in case you’d give that a go. There are walks for all fitness levels to take alone, or we’ll be glad to show you around. We have plenty of wildlife around. There is abundant birdlife on display. and we can guarantee to find you some (perfectly harmless) snakes, if you keen for such an experience! Most nights of the year the resident river frog singers give you a free concert in harmony with our many owls and nightjars. And tucked away as we are, reduced light pollution brings the stars so close you can reach out and touch them. Wake up to the sound of melodic birding as the sun set its stage for a brand new day.
