Salt Rock Sands Penthouse is an ultra-modern, spacious luxury 2 Bedroom and 2,5 Bathroom Penthouse Apartment with magnificent sea views. The largest and most luxurious unit in our Salt Rock Sands (SRS) Portfolio.

The Penthouse is suitable for a maximum of 4 People. The Penthouse apartment offers great privacy with the living space and main bedroom upstairs and the second bedroom downstairs. Upstairs, the main bedroom offers a Queen size bed with an open plan full en-suite Bathroom (a shower and bath with separate toilet). This bedroom offers a beautiful sea-view that opens to a small, covered patio. The room is equipped with a Smart TV and an aircon. Second bedroom is located downstairs, offering privacy for 2 couples holidaying together. The room offers 2 Single beds with an en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet) and is equipped with an aircon and a Smart TV. This room opens to a small, covered patio and an enclosed garden area.

The SRS Penthouse offers a full kitchen and is equipped with a Smeg stove and oven, a dishwasher, and a double door fridge. The high-end finishing in this apartment offers a luxury sea-side holiday experience - one you would not want to miss out on... The unit offers an inside dining room and lounge with a Smart TV and DSTV. The lounge is equipped with an aircon and stunning sea view. Wifi is available throughout the unit.

A private, small solar heated splash pool is ideal to enjoy throughout the day or night. The covered patio and private braai offer you an amazing sea view while relaxing and making new memories with your family or friends. We welcome all dog breeds to the unit with an enclosed garden that is not shared with other dogs.
