DEWAR HASTINGS
has an architectural background, was a director on the board of the SA Chefs Association, and has an interest in interior design. He worked for one of the leading Catering companies for 16 years and was the General Manager of the Design Division. CHARLIE DAVIS
has a mechanical engineering background and had spent 22 years with one of the leading catering equipment manufacturers. He specialized in product development and the hotel industry, and left the company as National Sales and Marketing Director. RAY HARRISON
has 10 years’ prior sales experience, and joined the company in 2012. He had trained under both Charlie and Dewar and he has grown in experience and is a newly added Partner to the Business. JEAN SMIT
Joined our team at the beginning of 2016. He has professional qualifications in Revit, AutoCAD and Inventor. He is currently training under Ray and Dewar. Between them there is in excess of 70 years’ experience in the industry. Frequent visits to local and international trade exhibitions ensure that knowledge of the latest technology and developments is available to the local industry. In addition, KDH are up to date with manufacturing trends, including the changes in stainless steel and machinery technology.
