Perfect winter self care spoil!

🤍HEART HEALING RITUAL🤍

🤍1 deep hot bath and add:
🤍I cup magnesium flakes
🤍1 cup Epsom salts
🤍10 drops each of Lavender essential oil and Rose Geranium essential oils
OR
🤍10 drops each of Sandalwood and Bergamot essential oils
🤍A piece of Rose Quartz
🤍Soak and relax completely for 20 to 30 minutes
🤍After bathing massage your entire body with a good quality natural body oil (I LOVE Baobab oil) you can add 2 or 3 drops of one the essential oils used in the bath.
🤍Wrap yourself in a warm gown and a heavy or weighted blanket
🤍Lie down and fall asleep to the healing sounds of 432 Hz tuned music.

In 2013, the GWI unveiled the Global Wellness Tourism Economy report—a landmark study that defined the parameters and characteristics of the emerging wellness tourism sector, and provided, for the first time, market size estimates at the global, regional, and country levels. In that report, GWI first measured wellness tourism at $439 billion in 2012. Since then (and especially in the aftermath of the pandemic) wellness has become a major force in the global tourism market. After releasing that first report, GWI has periodically provided updated wellness tourism figures in our flagship report, the Global Wellness Economy Monitor.

For this feature, GWI’s researchers have compiled all our historical data on the global wellness tourism sector, providing a first-ever snapshot of our full time-series dataset from 2012 to 2022, and projecting forward to 2027. It’s a story of explosive growth: with the market growing from $439 billion in 2022 to $651 billion in 2022—and expected to more than double by 2027, reaching $1.4 trillion.
