San Lameer Villa 1919 is well-situated close to the hotel and swimming pools, and within walking distance to the beach. This air-conditioned villa comprises two bedrooms, one bathroom a lounge, kitchen and patio. The upstairs bedroom contains a queen-size bed and the second bedroom contains a bunk bed with a double-bottom and a single-top. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, kettle and toaster. The comfortable lounge area includes a flat screen TV with a PVR DStv decoder and a DVD player, and the patio offers braai facilities and overlooks the gardens. Villa 2909
This is a free standing villa close to the lagoon and in walking distance to the beach and hotel. It is tiled throughout and has an open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge. Large sliders open onto a covered patio with a built in braai and Weber. The villa has two bedrooms and an enclosed loft. The main bathroom has a queen size bed with an en-suite bathroom (bath and shower combo). The upstairs bedroom and loft have twin beds that can also be made into king size beds. There is an upstairs bathroom with a shower. The unit is fully equipped including linen and towels, except for beach towels. There is a combo washing machine/dryer, microwave and fridge/freezer in the kitchen. The villa has satellite as well as a DVD player. It is fully air conditioned and serviced daily. This villa is situated in a tranquil spot overlooking a large shaded pond that is frequented by a variety of ducks and geese. Let the day ease by as you relax on a lounger on the private patio and listen to the sound of trickling water in the background. The villa has two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The upstairs bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has twin beds that can be made into a king size bed. The villa is fully air-conditioned. It has a large plasma screen in the lounge with PVR satellite that is linked to the TV in the main bedroom. There is a DVD player in the lounge and DVD's can be rented from the Spar on the estate. The unit is serviced daily. For the more energetic, the estate offers an array of activities including golf (Golf cart available for rental), mashie golf for the kids or beginners, squash, tennis, bowls, a nature trail and canoeing on the lagoon. There are also 2 swimming pools near the hotel, where the restaurant and bar are also situated. Other facilities include a shop and library. The upstairs bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has bunkbeds and a ¾ bed. Linen and towels are provided, but please bring along beach towels and an umbrella. It is also fully air conditioned. The unit has a built in braai and weber on the patio. The villa has a large flat screen TV in the lounge with a PVR decoder (full DSTV bouquet) that is also linked to the TV in the main bedroom. The villa is well situated between the beach and hotel. It is in a quiet dead end and overlooks a pond with fish and birdlife. There are two swimming pools, a Lagoon Side Bar and Restaurant Grill (part of the Mondazur hotel), tennis, squash courts and many other activities available.
