"Our stay and introduction to Stanford was wonderful. We enjoyed the hospitality of our host, the locals and village overall. The house was well equipped with everything you would need to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. Natalie our host was responsive, helpful and engaging. The property was well secured and pet friendly. The back garden was lovely for our Yorkie and the walk along the river was beautiful and serine. "A lovely picturesque farm getaway with all modern conveniences.

In spite of arriving and departing in rain, our 2-day stay at The Little Farmhouse was most delightful. The spacious cottage has been perfectly renovated and is well appointed, with comfortable beds and warm bedding. Our hosts had even provided hot water bottles, and there was a gift of firewood to keep out the winter chill. One thing I missed was a pair of kitchen scissors! Very picturesque woods, a little waterfall, and a stream close by, with cows, sheep, and lambs on the farm track - we would love to return in summer!"

It's also in the school holidays! It's just generally and totally a good day for everyone to meet on the Village Green for good food and drinks, good vibes, and good company. All welcome.
