Midweek special - Book 4 nights and pay for 3 (Mon to Thurs. excluding school holidays & long weekends)

Under new ownership, this establishment now runs with a self service system in place which seems to be working rather well!

Did you know that Struisbaai holds the title for having the longest stretch of beach in the Southern Hemisphere?

Directions to Stuisbaai lead you off the N2 and onto the R316 on a scenic route that is blissfully uncongested and literally traffic-free.

Other than being known for its pristine white sandy beaches that stretch all the way to Arniston, Struisbaai is also known for its thriving fishing community many who have been in the industry for generations.

The picture-perfect settlements of Hotagterklip and Molshoop are characterized by their authentic and beautifully preserved thatch roof houses as well as the smiling faces of the local community. Struisbaai Harbour is always a colourful mixture of people, laughter and activity. The multi-coloured boats bring in freshly caught fish nearly every day and they, along with the now resident stingrays, are delightful attractions of the town.

The sheltered bay offers watersport and ocean-based activities that include angling, whale watching, kite surfing, kayaking, diving and swimming and you are almost always guaranteed an azure coloured ocean and a fun-filled day.

Other than spending time in-and-around the ocean, there are many things to do in Struisbaai. Bordering the De Mond Nature Reserve there are hiking, trail running and MTB opportunities aplenty.
