Coral Tree Camp is a place you must visit if you need a break from the hustle and bustle of city life. The camp is on a plateau, with stunning views tucked in between Magoebaskloof forest. There is a kitchen area, with a large table and braai area (which doubles as a fireplace in chilly weather). You can roll down a plastic screen if the mist threatens to intrude, but on clear days the pool right

outside will be the place to be. The braai outside has wonderful views. There is an ablution block where you can lie in the bath and gaze out at the mountains and forests, listening to the samango monkeys in the nearby trees. It is a private camp, with minimum two people and only one party will be able to book it. It is only accessible with a 4 x 4, but once you are there you won’t want to leave!
