I thought to do an update on my endevours.
We have closed Amangwane Camp however the good news is we are developing and building a new tented camp in the Kosi Bay area. We are partnering with an existing eco-lodge which will add renewed interest in both our new camp and the existing lodge and plan to open by easter 2025.
We are also planning (as previously mentioned) to open a lodge on Inhaca Island which I hope will begin getting more traction through early 2025.
I am also going to be offering more in terms of activities both in the Kosi, Maputaland area as well as cross-border into southern Mozambique which will include hiking, fat biking, turtle tours, safaris and beach packages.
Should you plan to visit the area again please let me know and let’s see what I can do for you to gain maximum value out of a future visit.

Throughout the region we are based in we have game reserves and iSimangaliso Wetland Park...and these most of us understand the principals of...

TURTLES & TUSKERS “Self Drive” TOUR

Begin the tour with a visit to Tembe Elephant Park, home to some of Africa’s biggest Tuskers and you have a unique wildlife experience.
From Tembe travel to Kosi Bay for a unique experience at the exclusive Chinderera Eco Lodge bordering the coastal forest reserve. This includes a visit to Bhanga Nek to view the Leatherback & Loggerhead turtles laying their eggs at night on the beach between November and Feb each year. This overlaps with the young hatchlings popping up from their sandy nests to scurry off to the ocean as quickly as possible to avoid predators which occurs from late Jan to end March.
